Privacy Policy

BBARS of Excellence collects only necessary personal information in order to engage its users in its services, content, and marketing material. Information is collected via forms and is input by the user themselves. Typical information collected: name, email address, role, reasons for using BBARS of Excellence and billing information for the purchasing of services.

Information will never be sold or intentionally provided to any other entity. 

Collected information will be stored via third-party platforms used by BBARS of Excellence to manage its business affairs such as Google, MailerLite, Constant Contact, Wix and Thinkific. BBARS of Excellence does not have control over these third-party entities and it is the responsibility of the user to read and understand each entity's privacy policies. If the user does not agree with or understand BBARS of Excellence’s or a third-party’s privacy policy, the user must not engage with BBARS of Excellence. 

In the event of knowledge of a security breach, BBARS of Excellence will notify its users via the email addresses on file.
